I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of [Child’s Full Name], give permission for my child to participate in the Princess and a Pad – Splash Into The School Year! pool party.

I understand that participation involves risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness, drowning, or loss of personal belongings. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks.

I release and hold harmless Princess and a Pad, its volunteers, and partners from any and all claims, liability, or damages related to my child’s participation in this event.

I understand there may not be certified lifeguards on duty and take full responsibility for my child’s supervision, safety, and belongings.
