Fighting Period Poverty and Empowering Young Women to Succeed.
Once upon a time, there was a group of passionate and driven women who wanted to make a difference in the lives of young girls. They saw a pressing issue in society, and they knew they had to act. They banded together and founded Princess and a Pad, a non-profit organization that aims to empower young ladies and help them achieve their dreams.
Princess and a Pad knows that period poverty is a real struggle. Many girls are unable to afford menstrual products, and this can impact their education and future. That's why our organization provides menstrual kits to girls in need, ensuring that they can feel confident and comfortable during their periods.
But we don't stop there. We also provide school supplies, mentorship, and host Puberty Tea Parties to educate young girls about self-care and their menstrual cycle. By giving these girls the necessary tools to succeed, we believe they can break free from the cycle of poverty and build a bright future for themselves.

At Princess and a Pad, we're passionate about empowering young ladies. We believe that a lack of self-esteem, not having the proper school supplies, and being exposed to bullying are all factors that hinder girls from graduating. That's why we're committed to providing support and resources to help these girls succeed.

OUR MISSION
At Princess and a Pad, we are determined to empower young girls and eliminate period poverty. Our mission is to provide menstrual kits, school supplies, mentorship, and educational resources to underprivileged girls. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters self-care, education, and personal growth. Through our Puberty Tea Parties and mentorship programs, we aim to educate and inspire young girls to pursue their dreams and ambitions with confidence and determination. We believe that every girl deserves access to the resources and education necessary to succeed, and we are committed to making that a reality in our community.

Our vision at Princess and a Pad is to create a world where every young girl has access to the resources and support she needs to live a fulfilling life, regardless of her socio-economic background. We aim to empower girls to embrace their femininity and understand the power they hold within themselves. We envision a future where period poverty is a thing of the past, where girls have the confidence to pursue their dreams, and where every community is equipped to support their young women. Through our programs and partnerships, we aspire to inspire a generation of strong, confident, and driven young women who will go on to lead and positively impact their communities.
