Yes, Girl! It's Essential Workshops

In this workshop, girls of all ages will learn about ouberty. During our conservations we examine the age range of puberty, and the effects that puberty can have on their emotions, identity, and bodies. Futhermore, through peer discussuins and scenarios, young adults in sttendance will eaxamine the impact of puberty, understand how their bodies and emotions work during puberty , learn about tools that can assist, and discover ways in which theu can seek support if puberty is chanllenging for them.

Ages: 8-18
